According to Prof. Yoppy Wahyu Purnowo, “The strategy to get the proposal through both in terms of administration and substance is very important. Always following the established proposal guidelines and ensuring compliance with the template is crucial. “Prof. Yoppy also highlighted the importance of administrative assessment components, such as the suitability of content per section, number of words per section, citation writing model, and bibliography writing.

Furthermore, Prof. Yoppy explained the assessment components criteria related to the track record of the chairperson, the urgency of the research, research methods, references, and the draft budget. All must be proven by relevant facts, such as relevant track records, novelty of references, and completeness of the draft budget,” he explained.

It is hoped that this Coaching Clinic can provide a deeper understanding to FIPP UNY lecturers in preparing quality research proposals and can compete in obtaining DRTPM competition grants and other external funding. (rit)
