The Vice Dean of Research, Cooperation, Information System, and Business Faculty of Education and Psychology (FIPP) Yogyakarta State University (UNY), Dr. Siti Rohmah Nurhayati, M.Si., represent Dean of FIPP UNY, held a submission of assignment letter to Educational Staff FIPP UNY who got new assignment. That event also involves submission of Dean’s Decision Letter related to Student Employment 2024. The implementation of this event takes place in the hall room 3rd floor, Muh Dakir FIPP UNY Building on Friday January 5th,2024.

Dr. Siti Rohmah deliver congratulations to educational staff who got new assignment in the new place. In addition, she gave several message to educational staff and students who attended.

She delivers a positive message, remind about new Assignment Letter, Decision Letter, there may be displacement, and confirmed that it is something reasonable. Several important message delivered by Dr. Siti Rohmah to participants.

First, she hopes that educational staff who moved can adjust quickly. Dr. Siti Rohmah believes that every work unit has rhythm and different assignment, like culture, climate, and different assignment. Therefore, the educational staff are expected can adjust with environment and their new work. 

Secondly, Dr, Siti Rohmah emphasizes the important of collaboration and engagement. She hopes that the incoming educational staff can integrate immediately with their work environment and cooperation with co-workers in their work unit. Adjusting is the key point to working comfortably, considering that as an employee, readiness to take placed wherever it is and accepting a trust whatever it is, is an ever-present demand.

Furthermore, Dr. Siti Rohmah highlighted the importance of giving the best service to stakeholders, including students, lecturer, and educational staff in every place we are. Considering UNY has State University status that has Legal Entity, Dr. Siti Rohmah equate this institution with company which is giving services.

Dr. Siti Rohmah also invites to giving positive meaning to every assignment given, because challenges are always come with works. How we interpreting the assignment positively will create positive work atmosphere. Tagline UNY, “Tenar Lembagaku, Sejahtera Wargaku,” reminded as a guide to create welfare, not only financially, but also psychology welfare through happiness in undergoing every work.

Dr. Siti Rohmah invites all to spread positive aura, so the work climate in work units are maintained. Best wishes of work are given to all participants, with hope that smoothness and implementation of each assignment will give benefits for work environment and UNY overall. (rit)
